He was part of the original team who built the first luxury coffee brand, “nespresso”. Helped shape the biggest fashion brand in the world “louis Vuitton” through (among others) the “journeys campaign” with Mikhaïl Gorbatchev, keith Richard and many more. Brought back Levis’ to business growth in 2018 with the “levis circle” global campaign. Moved Burger king’s business in the US to mobile ordering with “BK whopper detour”, the most acclaimed and efficient piece of work in 2019. Made Michelob Ultra the 2nd most drinked beer in America in 5 years. This through initiatives like “Contract for Change” which literally changed access to organic food and drinks in the US. “Michelob Ultra Courtisde” which brought the fans virtually to the game during the 2022 pandemic NBA season. A dozen of superbowl spots which constantly stole the headlines.

Fred was named for three consecutive years “best creative in the world” by advertising organization “the one club” in 2019, 2021, 2022. His work won 21 Grand Prix in the most prestigious international creative festival, Cannes Lions.

Fred ran and transformed some of the biggest companies in the communication/media industry. At Dentsu, he was the global CCO of a 46 000 people company, responsible of the creative offering across media networks, creative networks, tech and data network. He was in addition the global CEO of Dentsu Creative, a global creative network of 9000 talents he built and launched with his team in 2022. It’s first year of existence, DC became agency of the year at Cannes Lions. At IPG/FCB where he was the Worldwide Creative Partner he turned a 150 years old advertising company into 2021 Cannes Lions most creative network in the world, a first in it’s history, transforming the business of the agency and it s clients.

Fred is known for his pivotal role in helping both local and global iconic brands to find their voice in the modern world. Prior to joining FCB then Dentsu, Fred was part of the creative leadership team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the leading entertainment agency based in Los Angeles. CAA’s marketing work is inspired by a vision that Fred helped define and execute: Create pop culture for brands, and help brands to play a meaningful role in pop culture.  

He started his professional journey in the digital world then the marketing service and CRM expertise. Running his digital production company at the age of 22 and joining MRM as it s first agency experience.
