Previously, he was the global Chief Creative Officer of DENTSU, a 46 000 people company, responsible for the creative offering across media networks, creative networks, tech and data network. He was in addition the global CEO of DENTSU CREATIVE, a global creative network made of 9000 talents he built and launched with his team in 2022. It’s first year of existence, DC became agency of the year at Cannes Lions.
At IPG/FCB where he was the Worldwide Creative Partner, he turned a 150 years old advertising company into the 2020/2021 Cannes Lions most creative network in the world. A first in FCB’s 150 years history, transforming the business of the agency and it s clients.
Prior to joining FCB then Dentsu, Fred was part of the creative leadership team at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). The #1 entertainment agency based in Los Angeles. CAA’s marketing work is inspired by a vision that Fred helped define and execute: Create pop culture for brands, and help brands to play a meaningful role in pop culture.
Fred started his career as an entrepreneur. He was running his digital production company at the age of 22 and joined CRM/CX expert MRM as it s first agency experience.
Through his journey Fred always looked for impact, including when he invested time into causes close to him. During the US 2020 election he had the privilege to work with Michel Obama to get the afro American community go to vote. He produced multiple news worthy initiatives to help Lori Lightfoot, the mayor of Chicago, in her fight for better gun control in the country. Helped “Me Too” founder, Tarana Burke to launch a new digital platform to end sexual violence, “Act Too”.
